Ice cream manufacturer Brymor Ice Cream has announced the appointment of David Thackwray as production manager.
The company says David’s expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that the Jervaulx dairy continues to produce high quality ice cream for the brand’s customers which includes more than 300 independent retailers, farm shops and selected supermarkets in the North Yorkshire area, including Waitrose and Booths.
Brymor Ice Cream managing director Paul Hodgson said: “We are excited to welcome David to the Brymor team and look forward to seeing his expertise in ice cream manufacturing helping to push the brand forward.
“It’s been an unusual start to 2020 to say the least, but we’ve found innovative ways to ensure we continued to serve our customers.
