Police say they have identified and spoken to two people captured on CCTV following an alleged theft in Moulton, near Scotch Corner.
The incident took place at The Black Bull Inn in Moulton on Tuesday, July 30 between 5.20pm and 7pm.
Police issued an appeal last week saying a man and woman attended the pub and consumed food and drink, but then left the premises without making any attempt to settle their bill.
