Police have appealed for information after a burglary at a shop in Richmond.
Officers were called at 4.20am on Wednesday to a report of a burglary at Showcase Gallery, in Finkle Street.
The shop window had been smashed and three wrist watches valued at £880 were stolen.
Two youths wearing hoodies were seen running away from the area into Newbiggin and Rosemary Lane.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: “Officers are reviewing CCTV footage and would ask any witnesses or anyone with information that could help the investigation to call 101 and quote reference number 12190110037.”
