Small to medium-sized businesses in Richmondshire can gain the tools they need to deal with a range of regulatory requirements – at a free event next week.
Richmondshire District Council has joined forces with Durham County Council to organise the Simplifying Regulation – Getting it right first time sessions – which will provide advice and support to ensure businesses comply with legislation.
From learning how to manage risk in the workplace, to staying up to date with fire safety legislation, possible changes for trading overseas and a wide range of trading standards issues – respected professionals will share their expertise in a series of presentations.
The event takes place at Hardwick Hall Hotel, near Sedgefield, on Tuesday 28 January from 9am to 1pm, and is being hosted by the council as part of the North East Better Business for All Partnership, and the Health and Safety Executive.
