A lorry trying to navigate a steep Yorkshire Dales road has crashed and the route is currently blocked.
The road from Keld Bunk Barn and Yurts, in Swaledale, to the Tan Hill Inn is closed due the vehicle which crashed into a wall on a tight hair-pin bend while travelling south towards Keld.
It is understood nobody was injured in the incident.
The vehicle belongs to Middlesbrough-based Ward Bros Ltd.
The company declined to comment about the incident when Richmondshire Today rang them this afternoon to ask when they expected the vehicle to be removed.
A spokesman for Tan Hill said motorists were coming across the blockage and were turning back, with drivers facing a 12-mile diversion.
