The A684 has reopened in Leyburn following a collision.
Emergency services, including police, ambulance crews and firefighters, attended the scene near St Matthew’s Church.
Two vehicles are believed to be involved.
A Yorkshire Air Ambulance helicopter arrived in the town just before 8am.
The road was closed near the town’s petrol station.
