There is an opportunity to take part in some unusual and challenging activities this summer at Low Mill outdoor centre in Askrigg.

Two action-packed days are scheduled at the centre for Wednesday, July 24, and Thursday 25, from 9am-5pm.

On the Wednesday canoeing, archery and climbing will be offered, and on the Thursday, gorge-walking and caving.

The cost is £20 per day and the minimum age is nine.

A packed lunch is required and booking is essential. Call 01969 650432 or email info@lowmill.com or download a form at www.lowmill.com

Proposals for changes to Low Mill’s constitution will be put to a public meeting on Tuesday, July 23, at 7.30pm, in the back room of Askrigg village hall. Everyone is welcome.
