
An evening of Appalachian string band music with an innovative twist comes to Swaledale when Evie Ladin and Keith Terry perform at Reeth memorial hall.
Based in Oakland, Calfornia, Evie is a singer-songwriter and percussive dancer who also plays clawhammer banjo.
Keith trained as a jazz drummer, is a master percussionist, using any available surface, including most of his own body to produce a rythym, plays stand-up bass and is the founder of the International Body Music Festival.
The concert is on Saturday, July 21, at 8pm.
Tickets are £12 in advance, £14 on the door, under 16s half price, and all profits are for the upkeep of the hall.
