Organisers of Richmond Christmas Fair have appealed for more volunteers to help organise the event amid fears it may not happen unless more people step forward.

Committee members with time to attend meetings once a month and help on the day of the fair are needed.

Specialists in health and safety, marketing, admin skills would be great although these skills are not essential.

Dennis Graves, from the committee, said: “This is a community run event and without help we are concerned that we may not be able to run the fair this year.”

The fair is planned for Sunday, December 3.

If you are interested in helping please contact Dennis Graves at Mocha in Richmond Market Place on 07950 211218.
