
An apprentice based at digital agency Purple Creative Studio has been shortlisted in the regional (Yorkshire & Humber) finals of the National Apprenticeship Awards 2021.
Nominated for the Rising Star Award, Maisy Dinsdale, an apprentice account executive. has been a key part of Purple Creative over the past year.
Maisy has spent time building her photography portfolio and has worked with a range of companies including Milners of Leyburn, Risedale School and acclaimed photographer, Joe Cornish Galleries.
Scarlett Macfarlane, business development manager at Purple Creative, who nominated Maisy, said: “I nominated Maisy because of the amazing contribution she has made to the team and how much she has grown in confidence over the course of the year.
“This is particularly impressive as so much of Maisy’s time was spent working remotely.”
The Rising Star of The Year award celebrates apprentices that have made impressive progress in their career and have the potential to go even further.
Regional ceremonies will be broadcast live from Tuesday, October 19, with winners going on to the National Apprenticeship Awards later in the year, which show off a range of sectors and success stories of those who have embraced their apprenticeships.
Maisy has carried out her apprenticeship at Purple Creative Studio, an award-winning digital agency based at Aske Hall, Richmond that specialises in web and graphic design, digital marketing and IT services.
Over the years, Purple Creative has been a big supporter of Apprenticeships with several current employees who have successfully come through their own apprenticeship schemes and have gone on to stay at the company full time.
