
Local business Purple Creative Studio are one of a number of companies taking part in a pantomime horse race to raise funds for St Teresa’s Hospice.
The race will take part at Catterick Racecourse on July 12 and will see a number of ‘horses’ run a 200m course for the charity.
St Teresa’s Hospice is based in Darlington.

It offers care to people with life limiting illnesses as well as providing support to their families.
Their team includes a consultant in palliative medicine and specialist nurses that provide a rapid response and around the clock care to their patients.
St Teresa’s Hospice chief executive Jane Bradshaw said: “Panto race day is the perfect occasion for those people who love a bit of horseplay.
“The atmosphere is second to none and while we all have a great day out the money comes in to help us continue our serious work.”
Purple Creative Studio, which is based at Aske Hall, near Richmond, have set themselves the challenge of raising £500 for the charity.
