Pupils from The Wensleydale School have cemented the school’s reputation for producing good badminton players.
The key stage four boys and girls, and key stage three boys all won their area competitions.
All three teams went on to compete in the county round, with both the key stage four teams winning that tournament too.
The boys beat Selby, Boroughbridge and Ermysteads, and then Huntington in the final, while the girls beat beat Selby, Manor Academy and then Huntington in the final
The key stage three boys team reached the semi-final.
The KS4 boys team included Owen Pratt, Matt Redshaw, Matt Foxwell and Callum Rankine.
The KS4 girls team was Katie Oliver, Lucy Lightowler, Chloe Johnson and Jess Johnson
They now go through to play the winners of the other Yorkshire area finals .
