
The Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas will perform for the first time in North Yorkshire later this year.
The concert will include the famous Gurkha Kukri Dance.
The charity concert for the Gurkha Welfare Fund, which supports Gurkha veterans and their widows, will take place at the Garden Rooms at Tennants on Monday, November 29 at 6.30pm for 7pm.
This year, the concert will be supporting a clean water and sanitation project at the village of Syanje to the north east of Pokhara.

Tickets are either tier A (the front block of seating) £15 or tier B (the rear block of seating) £12.
There will be a prize draw during the evening.
