A business which started selling beauty and relaxation products online and to boutique hotels has opened its first shop.

Kiss The Moon, which launched in 2014, has moved into premises at the Stables at Sedbury Hall near Scotch Corner.

The company’s range includes night-time skincare, bath and body products and home fragrances such as candles and pillow mists.

All items are based on the company’s four aromatherapy blends that are designed to help users relax before bed and treat their skin overnight.

Founder Jo Foster said: “Nothing makes us happier than talking to customers firsthand and helping them work out how to get more from their sleep.

“Moving to a home of our own where we can invite people in to try our products firsthand and bring the whole experience of Kiss the Moon to life is a huge thrill.

“We’re looking forward to helping more people get a beautiful night’s sleep.”

The company has plans to run events in the near future and will be doing some hand massages and sleep consultations.

The company won Best New British Beauty Brand at the Pure Beauty Awards in 2016.

The shop’s opening hours are Wednesday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Saturday opening hours to follow.
