The derelict Bridge House Hotel, at Catterick Bridge, is to be auctioned off.
The former 15-bedroom pub, restaurant and hotel was badly damaged by fire in February 2014 and restoration work has never taken place.
The building was built in the 17th century and was formerly known as the George and Dragon Inn. It was also a private house in late 1700s to early 1800s.

The building is being auctioned off by RA Jackson and Co.
Their sale literature says: “Most recently, the property has been used as a public house, restaurant and hotel occupying the original structure and significant additions that have been introduced over subsequent centuries.
“The building extends to a variety of internal areas over multiple levels however we have not obtained internal access and therefore are unable to comment further.”
They add that interested parties should also note that the property has been vacant for a number of months.
They say they have not had access to the building and add: “We are advised that the property has been significantly damaged as a result of vandalism within the intervening period.”
They say that due to the damage they cannot accept responsibility for anyone viewing the inside of the property.

The hotel has a guide price of £350,000.
It will be auctioned off on December 11 at the Newcastle Marriott Hotel at Gosforth Park.
