A Brompton-on-Swale boss has celebrated 15 years working with North Yorkshire’s young people.
Carlton Lodge Activity Centre chair of trustees Carl Les called in to the facility last week to present a cake to chief executive David Sharp.
The cake marked David’s 15 years of employment at North Yorkshire Youth, the operators of the Centre and youth clubs across North Yorkshire.

Carl insisted that David took to the zip wire to get to his cake.
More than 5,000 young people use the centre every year, for days, weekends and weeks, enjoying the zip wire, high ropes and water activities on the lake.
