Fights, suspected drink drivers and people having loud sex were among the incidents dealt with by North Yorkshire Police last night which were highlighted by a live tweetathon.
Incidents were reported across Richmondshire in Richmond, Leyburn, Catterick Garrison and Colburn.
The force tweeted and posted every incident that was reported to its Force Control Room between 12pm yesterday and 6am on Saturday
The force’s corporate communications shared information about every incident called into police, to give the public an insight in to the types of incidents that police deal with on the last Friday before Christmas – also known as ‘Mad Friday’ or ‘Black eye Friday’.
