We are looking for a butler to join our existing team at Gunnerside Lodge.
Experience in a private household or similar environment is desirable.
This is a single full-time role.
Usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to working hours as during our busy period, throughout August to November weekend and/or evening work will be required.
You will be working in the main house assisting the House Manager to maintain the highest standards of service, maintenance and cleanliness in all areas whilst remaining flexible in all scenarios to accommodate guests’ need. This role is very varied and will need hands on approach.
You will be able to demonstrate integrity, excellent table service, confidentiality, neatness, and attention to detail.
The vacancy is based in Gunnerside, Upper Swaledale, so transport and clean driving licence are required.
