A Catterick Garrison gym is holding a free open day aimed at helping people over 50 improve their health and fitness.
Evolve Health & Fitness, based at De Burgh Court, will open its doors to the local community on Saturday, September 12.
The event will begin at 10am and will include a Health After 50 workshop at 11am.
Organisers say the open day is aimed at people who want to become stronger and fitter as they get older, including those who may not currently exercise regularly.
Visitors will be able to tour the private gym, meet members and hear about their experiences, as well as ask questions about health and fitness.
Evolve’s approach focuses on strength training, nutrition and providing a supportive community for its members.
There will be no workout during the open day and organisers say visitors do not need to have any previous gym or fitness experience.
Tea, coffee and cake will also be available.
The event is free to attend and people are welcome to come alone or bring a friend, partner or family member.
Evolve Health & Fitness is at Unit 4, De Burgh Court, Catterick Garrison, DL9 4XB.
