Two Catterick Golf Club members will take on a 90-hole charity challenge next month.
Lady captain Sue Marshall welcomed members of veteran’s charity Blesma to the club for a coffee morning with guest speakers followed by golf earlier this month.
Sue said the day was enjoyed by everyone and helped raised money and awareness for this charity.
The event was the forerunner to Sue and lady vice captain Caroline Whitehead’s 90 @ 90 golf challenge on May 25.
Starting at 5am, the pair will attempt to play 90 holes of golf in one day to raise money and awareness for Blesma who celebrate their 90th year as a charity.
Any companies or individuals interested in sponsoring this event should contact the club secretary for further details.
