Catterick Parkrun will celebrate its second anniversary this weekend.
The event is held every Saturday at Catterick Racecourse from 9am.
The run is attracting up to 300 runners and walkers every week, with the Gurkha recruits now regularly taking part.
There will be special guests attending the anniversary run, including Colonel Peter Stitt, Commandant at the Catterick Garrison School of Infantry, and Sharon Gayter, international ultra-runner and multiple world record holder.
There will also be awards, annual presentations, music, and food donated by the local community including the Co-op and Tesco stores.
The event is free and organised by volunteers.
