Military families in Catterick Garrison are being encouraged to enter a competition to win a driving experience with former SAS soldier Ant Middleton.

The star, best known as the chief instructor for Channel 4’s hit show SAS: Who Dares Wins, has teamed up with Forces Cars Direct to run the test drive competition.

To enter, participants will be asked to do their best Jeremy Clarkson impression and make a video of themselves, or their family and friends reviewing a car.

Steve Thornton, managing director at Forces Cars Direct, said: “We’re putting Catterick Garrison to the test and want to see your best video car reviews, tell us what is great about it, show off its best features, what you would change or improve and give us an all-round review of your car.

“It does not matter how old or new it is, nor what make or model.

“Don’t forget to tell us about you too, we’ll need to know your name, and the unit you’re serving with for our unit vs unit challenge.”

Upload your video to the Forces Cars Direct Facebook page with the #drivewithant and they will showcase their favourite videos and pick a winner.

“We will pick the best video review from each military unit at Catterick who will all meet Ant Middleton with the overall winner not only gaining bragging rights as the best car review, but will also win the final driving experience with our Brand Ambassador, Ant Middleton to take place in early 2021,” said Lisa.

“So get those cars and cameras ready, and send us your video car reviews today.”
