Low Mill, the outdoor activity centre in Askrigg which has welcomed children from all over the world since its formation more than 40 years ago, is changing the way it is structured and governed.
Currently a non-profit making charitable trust, it is in the process of becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, in line with new Charity Commission guidelines.
There will be an opportunity to hear about the changes next Wednesday, June 19, when the community is invited for refreshments in the village hall from 6-9pm. The centre, a converted watermill, offers a wide range of outdoor activities for people of all ages and abilities. Call 01969 650432 or email info@lowmill.com for more details.
