Employees at Lycetts’ office in Colburn have donated £875 to charities and causes close to their hearts through a philanthropic employee grants scheme.
Insurance broker Lycetts gave their staff to nominate a charity of their choice to receive a £125 donation through MyGiving.
The initiative generated £25,000 for 140 different fundraising organisations.
Seven donations were made by the Colburn Business Park-based team, totalling £875.
The grant recipients included Mind, The Injured Jockeys Fund, Ryedale Carers Support, the Great North Air Ambulance, Cats Protection, Huntington’s Disease Association, and Muscles for Mitchell.
