Children’s Easter craft sessions to be held at The Station

Two days of children’s crafts will take place at The Station over the Easter holidays.

The venue is working with the Creation Station to run a witches and wizards craft day on April 7 and a Peter Rabbit craft event on April 9.

Witches and wizard sessions will take place at 10am, 11.45am and 1.45pm on April 7.

Visitors will be able to a magic wand, stir up their own potion and craft their own witch’s or wizard’s hat before casting spells and charms

The sessions cost £10 per child.

The Peter rabbit crafts day on April 9 will have sessions at 9.30am, 10.45am, 12.30pm and 1.45pm.

Youngsters can celebrate the upcoming release of Peter Rabbit 2 and join in with Peter Rabbit themed crafts, including creating Mr McGregor’s garden, building clay animals and making bunny ears.

These sessions cost £8 per child.

Jemma Gregory, from The Station, said: “Our children’s craft sessions have gone from strength to strength since we began working with The Creation Station in October 2019.

“We have worked closely with workshop teacher, Vanessa, to choose some brilliant themes for this latest selection and we are excited to welcome lots of children to The Station this Easter.

“We do advise early booking to avoid disappointment.”

The crafts are suitable for children aged two and upwards.

There are very limited spaces so early booking advised.
