Firefighters attended a fire in a garden in Gayle yesterday.
The Hawes crew was called to the incident in Beckstones at 6.20pm.
North Yorkshire Fire and rescue Service said the fire was caused y a dropped cigarette.
The crew used a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire and dampen down.
