Volunteers from Swaledale Mountain Rescue Service came to the aid of a walker who had collapsed today.
The team was called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to rescue the walker on Fremington Edge, near Reeth, in Swaledale, this afternoon.
The patient was assessed and treated by SMRT members and air ambulance medics before rescuers helped them off the fell.
Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team is funded solely by donations.
