Stan and Barbara Roocroft

1. Believe it or not, I woke up this morning thinking about my old school (Cathedral) and Mr Roocroft. Then I thought of the teacher he married called Barbara but I couldn’t think of her maiden name?
   This was when we schooled in Wakefield Park.
   You probably won’t remember me but you two obviously put a dent in my brain box.

2. Her maiden name was Hogg. They were inspirational and I too was at school with them in Thornes Park Wakefield.

3. I was a pupil at Wakefield Cathedral school when Stanley Roocroft was the music teacher, and his wife (Miss) Hogg was the art teacher
   I remember a production, 1066 and all that, that they managed. Also singing in the school choir at Wakefield Cathedral
