Visitors are being invited to enjoy a relaxed and creative afternoon at a new art workshop in Richmond this spring.
The session, titled “Drawing with Mixed Paper Collage”, will take place at The Green Howards Museum on Tuesday, April 28 from 1pm to 3pm.
Led by local artist Lynn Ward, the workshop will introduce participants to simple techniques using paper, colour and pencil to create their own unique artwork.
Organisers say the event is designed to be welcoming and accessible, with no previous experience required, making it suitable for beginners as well as those who already enjoy arts and crafts.
All materials will be provided, allowing attendees to focus on enjoying a calm and sociable creative session.
The workshop aims to offer a chance for people to unwind, try something new and take a break from the pace of everyday life in a supportive environment.
Places cost £20 and are limited, with advance booking recommended.
