A Wensleydale couple have taken over a timber buildings business which they hope to grow and be a continued success.
Andrew and Sarah Foster are now running Timber Garden Buildings which was owned and based at Simon Winstanley Ltd on Leyburn Business Park.
The company is now called Castle Timber Buildings and will be relocating to Swan Farm at Redmire from March 1.
This story continues after the adverts:
Andrew already hopes the timber buildings business will compliment his existing construction firm which he will continue to run.
The company can make bespoke wooden building from shed to summer houses, garden offices and agricultural buildings.
He said: “We’re really excited at taken on what is already a well-establish and reputable local business.
“We will aim to continue delivering the same high quality products and service that the company has been providing for more than decade.”
Sarah added: “We’d love to hear from anyone interested in a timber building.
“They can give us a call or call in to the workshop at Swan Farm and we would be delighted to talk through their requirements.”
Moving to Redmire with the new company will be craftsman Ian Hare, who has several decades of experience in the timber buildings trade, and colleague James Bowers.
