A group of Dales women who have come together to raise money for charity have announced plans for 2019.
The Dales Divas, a group of ten local women from Wensleydale and Coverdale, last year raised more than £14,000 for breast cancer charity Walk the Walk.
In 2019, they intend to complete The Edinburgh Moonwalk for Walk the Walk and The Action Challenge Peak District Challenge for Prostate Cancer UK.
On April 13, the Divas will again be hosting a ball at the Garden Rooms at Tennants
This year the theme is Hollywood Glamour.
Tickets to the ball are £55 each. Tables of 10 to 12 are available but individual tickets can also be purchased.
The ticket price includes a welcome drink, three course meal followed by coffee, with live music from Sugar Town and a disco. There will be pants pong, a raffle, silent auction and photographer.
The Divas are also working on some special surprises for the event.
Last year’s ball was enjoyed by over 350 guests.
