Dales jam business adds new flavours to range

Hawes-based Fearne & Rosie has added two new flavours to its range of reduced sugar jams and spreads for children.

Strawberry Super Berry and Strawberry White Chocolate are the latest additions to the brands product portfolio, set to roll out in Waitrose stores from March 15.

Pitched as perfect for spreading, stirring, baking and dolloping, the new Strawberry Super Berry variant is packed with super berries including strawberries, blackcurrants, raspberries and blueberries.

The Strawberry and White Chocolate jam, the more indulgent of the two, comprises two flavour favourites and is palm oil free.

As with the rest of the range, both contain 40 per cent less sugar than the competition and are made in the UK using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Founder Rachel Kettlewell said: “I am so excited to be bringing these two new flavours to the Fearne & Rosie range.

“I started the business when I struggled to find delicious tasting jam and spreads to give to my children that weren’t packed full of sugar.  We’re always looking at what new and interesting flavour combinations we can add to the range, our honey and chocolate spread is one of our best sellers.

“I can’t wait to see what our customers think and am so grateful for the support from our retailers”.

On a mission to provide children with delicious, fun and healthier food choices, Fearne & Rosie was launched by Rachel, a teacher and mum of three young children including the brand namesakes, Fearne and Rosie.

All the spreads are traditionally made in small batches at their family factory in Hawes.
