The annual Christmas tree festival in Askrigg will run until January 1.
The event at St Oswald’s Church is open all day but lights are on from 2pm to 7pm.
There are 24 trees creatively decorated by families in and around the village.
Houses in the village also have decorated advent windows for visitors to see.
