All collections of household and garden waste across Richmondshire have been postponed today due to the snow.
Richmondshire District Council is asking householders to leave their bins out and collections will be made as soon weather conditions improve.
Recycling collections have been cancelled and householders should take their recycling boxes and bags back in and place any excess recycling out for collection next time.
Collections for the rest of the week are dependent on the weather.
