The emergency services were called to an incident in Leyburn last night.
Police and an ambulance attended the incident in the town centre at around 9pm.
A section of Railway Street was cordoned off and a Range Rover was taken away.
North Yorkshire Police have not yet responded to a request for information about the incident.
