
The emergency services were called after a man was hit by a car in Leyburn last night.
Police say nobody was seriously hurt in the incident involving a 40-year-old man.
The collision occurred outside the King’s Head pub at around 9.30pm.
It is understood the vehicle involved was a Toyota Yaris. The young female driver of the car was uninjured.
The road was closed while police and paramedics worked at the scene.
