Eight-year-old Ettie Hawes has raised almost £400 for charity by having her long hair cut shorter.
Ettie, who attends Bolton-on-Swale Primary School, had her long hair cut into a bob style to raise money for Little Princess trust.
She managed to raise just short of £400, with £55 of the total coming from a biscuit day at her school.
The money helps pay for the wigs that her donated hair will be turned into.
Dad Karl said: “Both me and her mum are super proud of what she has achieved.”
