After we have boarded the coach we will travel west over the Pennines to make our way to an award winning Garden Centre, Barton Grange. Set just south of Lancaster, Barton Grange is a fantastic shopping destination with many departments under one roof, including Gardening, Home Décor, Gifts, Clothing, Cookware and a Farm Shop. The centre will be decked in all its Christmas splendour, so spend the morning browsing for Christmas gifts, or treating yourself. We will stay here until early afternoon to allow you to refuel in the restaurant or café before we make our north to stop in the small market town of Kirkby Lonsdale.
A historic market town set on the border between Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, its picturesque streets are lined with independent retailers, bars and cafes. We will give you a few hours here before heading home.
This trip departs from Scotch Corner, Richmond, Catterick Garrison, Leyburn & Leeming Bar!
Please call 01833 621302 to book your place – a small deposit of £10 per person is necessary to book your places on day trips – £50 for short breaks. This is refundable if we have to cancel the holiday due to low numbers or COVID 19.
