Join us for our festive menu, served daily between 30 November and 23 December.

Starters:

White onion soup with pork & sage fritters and sage oil

Carrot and cumin terrine with brioche and walnuts

Leek, dill and smoked salmon tartlet

Mains:

Roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and all trimmings

Herb-crusted sea bream with fondant potato, ratatouille and pak choi

Nut loaf with pigs-in-blankets, roast potatoes, seasoned vegetables and tomato sauce

Desserts:

Homemade Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and Jersey ice cream

Chocolate orange nemesis with honeycomb and sorbet

Mixed spice rice pudding with winter fruits and honey
