After a fantastic reception to their last exhibition, Darlington Society of Arts are back.
The exhibition gives the opportunity for DSA members to showcase their work in the following categories:
- Framed pictures: any media eg watercolour, oils, pastel, acrylic, mixed media, ink, brusho, etc
- Drawings: ink, pencil, coloured pencils, etc
- Miniatures: watercolour, egg tempera etc
- Crafts: woodturning, ceramics, felt, glass, acrylic on stone etc
- Computer Generated Ar
The Society of Arts is open to all ages and abilities and keeps their membership fees as low as possible to encourage this. Membership fees are £45 for new members (£10 reduction to existing members if paid early) and £5 for a junior.
They meet each Wednesday evening from 7 – 9 pm at Hummersknott Academy, when members can work on something themselves and/or join in with a group activity. A free taster night can be booked by using the contact details below.
