Last chance for free tickets to eco film

Up and down the UK, people have packed village halls, community venues and theatres to watch The People’s Emergency Briefing. Now the film will be screened free of charge on 6 October, at the Station Cinema, Richmond

TV naturalist Chris Packham and comedian Jennifer Saunders take the lead, as the film explains and explores ways through the climate crisis. The film delivers uncomfortable scientific facts, but is also a call for communities to take positive actions.

After the film, audience members may choose to stay for a short audience discussion/Q&A, led by Sarah Hartley of the Northern Eco, a blog which concentrates on actionable environment news in the North.

The screening is at the Station Cinema, Richmond, on Tuesday 6 October at 7:00pm. Admission is free, but tickets should be reserved at stationcinema.com. There are unlikely to be any tickets left for sale at the door.
