The saying goes A picture is worth a thousand words
So, is it?
This collection of images explores the well-known phrase, ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’.
“No picture means the same thing to any two people. Photography isn’t always about getting the perfect shot, it is often about what that image meant to the person who took it. Many of the images within this collection will mean something different to me than they will to you. That’s the aim of this collection – to help you consider just how much meaning can be taken from an image.” – Bryn Turner.
About Bryn Turner
An amateur photographer from Catterick Garrison, Bryn has always had an interest in photography even as a younger child. His grandfather and father were both keenly interested in photography. Especially his grandfather, who become somewhat of a collector of cameras and equipment, much to his grandmother’s bemusement. Bryn’s grandfather gave him his first professional grade digital camera and this is still the camera he uses today.
