Would you like to stay fit without knowing it? Why not try Sequence dancing! We meet once a week to learn new dances or practice old ones, in a safe, informal and friendly environment.
The group meets weekly each Thursday at 7pm until 9 and the cost is £5.00 per person. For more information please contact the centre:
