The family of a motorcyclist injured in a crash near Richmond have thanked those who came to his aid.
The biker suffered serious injuries in the crash on September 29.
The incident involved a motorbike and a car.
It happened on Richmond Road at the top of Longwood Bank, near the Sandbeck turn-off.
The rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
His family, through Richmondshire Today, has thanked those who came to his aid, including the motorist who placed a blanket over him as he lay injured.
They would like to return the blanket to its owner.
