Firefighters from Hawes were called to a domestic property in Gayle at 4.24am this morning following reports of flooding inside the building.
On arrival, crews confirmed the flooding was caused by an internal leak. Firefighters assisted in isolating the water supply and electrics to make the property safe.
Advice was given to the occupants.
