Firefighters were called out last night after reports of a fire at a home in Richmond.
The incidnet was reported at 8.52pm.
Crews from Richmond and Colburn responded to the incident.
Afte gaining entry to the property, they found a pan had been left unattended.
Crews used breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
