Firefighters attended a small fire in a children’s play area overnight.
A crew from Colburn was called to the incident in Enfield Close, Catterick Garrison, at 1.39am.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service say the fire was started deliberately.
