Richmond firefighters were called out to a JCB on fire this morning.
The incident occurred in a field near Eryholme.
The loader was well alight when the crew arrived.
A spokesperson for Richmond Fire Station: said: “It’s a bust time of year for the farmers so this won’t be needed!”
