Firefighters attended a kitchen fire in Bellerby yesterday.
The Leyburn and Richmond crews were called to the incident at 4.33pm.
It involved a fire in an electric oven, which was out when the firefighters arrived.
The crews ensured there were no remaining hotspots, isolated the electricity and assisted in ventilating the building.
