Firefighters were called to Barton after reports of a small fire, which was found to be an unattended campfire.
Richmond fire crew attended the incident at 3.36pm today.
Crews used a backpack sprayer to dampen down the area and ensure the fire was fully extinguished. No injuries or further damage were reported.
